The account types are the same as 91 Express Lanes, OCTA’s other express lanes operation. The account fees cover administrative costs including credit card processing, toll transaction processing, statement generation, customer service center operation and other administrative functions.

For people signing up for first-time accounts, there is a promotion offering one week in free tolls with either the Standard or Convenience Plans and an additional week for tolls for AAA members.
